Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Satva is a brand and product of MBEDIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India ("MBEDIN", "we", "us", "our"). MBEDIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED owns and operates the Satva service and is the party you contract with under these Terms.

By using Satva (the "Service"), available via Telegram, WhatsApp, and satvaapp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use Satva

You must be at least 18 years old to use Satva. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Service is intended primarily for users in India, though access is not restricted by geography.

3. Nature of the Service

Satva provides personalised Vedic astrology guidance for reflection and self-awareness. It is not:

• Medical, psychological, or mental health advice
• Legal or financial advice
• A predictive service guaranteeing future events
• A substitute for professional consultation

The stars illuminate — you choose your path. Satva's guidance is meant to inspire reflection, not to replace your own judgement or professional advice.

4. Account and access

Satva is accessed through Telegram or WhatsApp. You are responsible for the security of your messaging account. You may not transfer your Satva profile to another person. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

5. Free and Premium plans

Satva offers a free tier with daily messages and limited AI conversations. The Premium plan (₹99/month or ₹799/year) unlocks unlimited AI conversations, weekly forecasts, full horoscope reports, compatibility readings, and gemstone guidance.

Subscription fees are charged by MBEDIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED at the start of each billing period via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Satva
• Use Satva to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates applicable laws
• Share access to a Premium account with others not covered by the subscription
• Attempt to circumvent Satva's safety guidelines through prompt manipulation
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with Satva beyond normal personal use

8. Intellectual property

All content generated by Satva — including astrological guidance, mantras, and chart analyses — is provided for your personal use. You may share individual messages for personal purposes. You may not reproduce Satva's content commercially or claim authorship of AI-generated guidance.

The Satva name, logo, and visual design are the intellectual property of MBEDIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be used without its written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MBEDIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee the accuracy of astrological interpretations, the availability of the Service, or that the Service will meet your expectations. Use Satva at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of MBEDIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. MBEDIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via the bot. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
